Computer window: When I performed a backup I received a message that stated I must rebuild my QB file. I proceeded with the rebuild and then received and error 61. How do I correct ?

Run a verify.  If it works, then try repairing the qb program:

  1. On your keyboard, press Windows + E to open the Computer window.
    Note: in Windows 8, click the Computer tab.
  2. Click on Uninstall or change a program.
  3. Select QuickBooks.
