condense data: Is there no “Period Copy” or “Condense Data” option available in the Accountant version of QB in Canada?

As far as I know, us Canadians have never had the  ”Condense Data”. That was only in the US version.

IF, if you use condense data, before you do, print to pdf all critical financial reports

after the condense open the condensed file, print the same reports, they must match.  If not the condense did not work properly – in my experience that is about 60% of the time.
