Important: Only the administrator can do this task
- Go to the Company menu and click Set Up Users and Password then click Set Up Users.
- (If the set up QuickBooks Administrator window displays, do the following) In the Administrator’s Password field, enter the administrator’s password, retype this password in the Confirm Password field and then click the OK button.
- Click the Add User button.
