Connecting Citibank credit card to QBs Online: Please help. I have a Citi card connected to QB’s online. The card had to be closed and reissued so I disconnected the account to reconnect the new card as it was not pulling through the transactions properly. When I select add and Citi I get this message: Start by selecting the Citibank Credit Card accounts you want to connect with Intuit, the makers of QuickBooks Online Edition. Go to the bank site to sign in and choose which accounts to connect. Then we’ll return you here and bring in your transactions.
