consulting: 2 different banks how do I show deposits from one bank to another?

If all of the bank accounts are business accounts, then they should all be in QB. You can write the check from bank account A and post it to Bank Account B (where you will deposit it).

consulting: How do I track pro bono consulting?

Go to the Items List>Right Click>New and select the type — discount. You can enter a percentage (100%) if it is for pro bono.
