contact information: Can you change employer name from dba to legal name on pay stubs from past 6 months?

You’ll have to update your payroll settings first to display the legal name on your paychecks.

Here’s how:

Click the Gear icon.
Select Payroll Settings.
Under Business Information click Contact Information and enter the legal name.
And under General Tax Information and enter also the legal name.

Then, print the previous paychecks again.
