Sorry, but this is a community/user forum.  Intuit employees do answer questions here, but even they don’t have access to your account (and it’s Saturday hence fewer of them online).

You need to contact Intuit.  As far as I know, this is still the only way to do that for  QBSE:

Contact Intuit: How do I get my money back?This product is horrible

Sorry to hear.  QBO is a great product for millions around the globe (including me), but it’s not for everyone.

Contact Intuit and they’ll cancel your subscription for you. You’d also need to discuss refunds with them as well.

Contact Intuit: I am being extorting more money as my 2015 premier will no long work with the payroll I just paid for. Will I get a credit for this years subscription when I cancel???

Yes, but you’ll have to contact Intuit to cancel your subscription.  (If you upgrade to 2018 it will continue to function.)
