convert your file: How can I downgrade to a cheaper package without loosing my data?. I need to be able to down grade to a cheaper package without loosing my data.. how can I do that?

The only way is to convert your file to qb desktop (export under gear wheel) and then verify data.  The sign up for the lesser qbo and convert the file back.  Note:  converting to desktop most often does not go very well.  Many times there are errors in the file.
