You should call Intuit Sales and ask for a refund, then purchase the Mac version (unless you run an emulator like Parallels).

You can download from the link below (be sure the correct version is selected). As far as why it doesn’t show in your account I’m not sure. Have you registered it before? (It won’t show up there until you have installed a registered it.)
