Type command F for Find and type in the name of the customer.  Do they show up?  Look for an invoice that was written for the customer.  What name appears on it? Perhaps you’ve changed their name.

 

File->Utilities->Rebuild is worth a shot of neither of these work.

customer center: Stop Auto-fill of Payee on Checks

Turning off the auto-recall feature will not remove details from previously created transactions. You can also go to the Customer Center to get a list of all invoices. Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Transactions tab in the Customer Center.
  2. Select Invoices.
  3. Select All for Date.
