Open the “Mail” application in Mac OS X

Pull down the “Mail” menu and choose “Preferences”

Go to the “General” tab.

Then change the ‘Default mail reader’ to ‘Mail’

Are you sure you are not confusing Pay Period and Liability Period? Liabilities are owed because of Paycheck Dates. Not pay period (dates worked) but the Date Money happened.

If you issue a W2 for her maiden name it would be incorrect but not necessarily wrong, except that she notified you of a legal name change. Edit the name.

I can provide you the easiest way to change and correct the timesheet.

Here’s how:

Click Reports on the left panel of your screen.
In the search box, search for Time Activities by Employee Detail.
Click a line to be brought to the transaction, and you can edit it however you like.

QuickBooks desktop does not import CSV file. It imports IIF files.
