Intuit: How do I post year end liabilities via a Journal Enry?

It does not matter whether the payroll is done by intuit or an outside source or yourself manually.
The concept is the same, when you run payroll some amount is posted to each liability account, and an expense account.

This is a requirement of the Open Banking regulations that we unfortunately have no control over. We appreciate that this may be frustrating for such clients, however this is not something we can change within the product.

Intuit: I am entering old data, i need to enter invoices but i do not want to print them, does the note to print on list stay there forever?

Yes, the Print option under the Actions drop-down stays on the list of the invoices in QuickBooks. There isn’t an option to eliminate it at this time. Once you receive the payment for the invoices, it automatically replaces the Receive Payment option.

Intuit: What is wrong with the QBO 2019 recertification exam? Clicked on “Start Section” and nothing happens. What is wrong?

I tried every solution you suggested to get it to work on the app, but no success.  Then I logged on to QBO using my browser, and I am able to take the exam.  I submitted a problem ticket with Intuit to get the App problem resolved.

Intuit: I use QuickBooks, point of sale. I need to check if staff deleted inventory items. Is there a report that lists items that were deleted?

An item does not delete, though intuit calls it that, it is made inactive.  About all I can suggest is the audit trail/log
