Quickbooks for Mac: button to export a report does not appear

If you have recently updated QuickBooks for Mac to the latest release, the buttons may appear different, but they have the same functions.

Simply click the Export button to export a report to Excel (see exportbutton.png).

Unless it was removed, QuickBooks pro for Windows has been able to create an accountant’s copy for many, many years. It was not a feature on QuickBooks for Mac.

Quickbooks for Mac: Is there a way to change a job to a new customer? [QuickBooks for Mac v. 2015]

From the gear icon at the bottom left of the customer center put a check at “enable custom ordering”. Select the job and drag it left and up. Payments will remain at what ever level they were received.

“I enter a check number manually, save and print the check.”

You assign a check number because YOU already issued that check #.
