QuickBooks Online app: mac desktop app not working – blank screen on start up

The previous steps I provided were for QuickBooks Desktop. For The QuickBooks Online app, I’d recommend clearing cache.

 

To clear cache:

  1. Select Help.
  2. Choose Reset App Data.

QuickBooks Online app: Installed update today. Getting error message that Quickbooks.ink need a program associated with it. Went back to using the online version until this can be resolved.

QuickBooks Online app: Where can I download the app to make access easier? I logged in from a different computer and it was an option, but I can’t find it on my own machine?

I’d have to agree, with the QuickBooks Online app, you can access and run QuickBooks faster. You’ll have time-saver functions like working with keyboard shortcuts, open multiple windows at the same time, switch quickly between companies, and more!

QuickBooks Online app: Won’t let me log on. Tells me I need Safari 6.1 or higher. I’m running Safari 10.0. OS is El Capitian 10.11.6.

This has already been reported to our engineers and now working to support the browser. In the meantime, you can use the QuickBooks Online app or any other supported browsers. QuickBooks Online can also be accessed via Mac App (Simba).
