Or, the OS has a different setting on this system, such as allowing W10 to Control the printer is typically a problem.

What you can do is enter the 3 receipts you should have claimed in the previous period with the historic dates on them, this will then create exceptions in your current return and correctly impact the boxes you want. This would be the best way to do this.

This happens in a Multi-monitor system, if QB is not running on the Main Monitor.
