QB Issue Resolution:

It certainly is frustrating when entries won’t save.

It is likely to be past data saved in the browser that is causing a new entry to not save properly. I would recommend clearing the browser cache (be sure to close the browser after clearing for the changes to take effect) or trying a different browser. If you need information for clearing the cache you can find it here: http://support.qbo.intuit.com/support/answers.cfm?faq_id=1038

If you are still not able to save the transaction, you may need to call for further assistance. To contact QuickBooks Online Customer Care, go to https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contactus?s_tnt=71127:1:0 . Click Other under Select a Topic and click Phone.
