QB Issue Resolution:

I can help you make sure that your credit card transactions are showing up in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and look for Bank accounts.
  2. Click Refresh All.

Do this for about 3-5 times to make sure your credit card account is updated in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Then, please go back to the Transactions tab to check if the transactions are now showing up.

Also, make sure that the credit card account is not hidden or turned off, which may cause the transactions to be missing. Here’s how to check:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and look for Bank accounts.
  2. Look for the American Express credit card account and make sure the status is ON.
