How to provide feedback and suggest features in QuickBooks Online

We are always working to improve QuickBooks Online, and we value your input. While some features or customizations are not currently available, there are several ways to share your suggestions and report issues with our product development team.

To submit feedback or suggest an improvement:

1. Select the Settings gear icon.
2. Choose Feedback.
3. Enter your suggestion or details about the feature you need.

The more users request and vote for a specific feature, the more likely it is to be considered for future updates.

Reporting issues and customizations

We understand that workflow changes can sometimes be challenging. If you are experiencing issues with recent updates—for example, changes to form layouts like Purchase Orders or the inability to save custom column defaults in list views—we encourage you to let us know.

Use the same Feedback option under the Settings gear to report these issues or request the return of previous formats.

Security and sign-in requirements

To ensure your business and financial data remains secure, QuickBooks Online requires periodic re-sign-in. We do not currently offer an option to disable this security measure. If you have suggestions for how we can improve the sign-in experience while maintaining security, please submit them via the Feedback link.

Data integration and developer resources

For inquiries regarding extracting QuickBooks data for integration with external data warehouses or building custom applications, we recommend visiting the QuickBooks Developer community. You can find resources and support at the Intuit Developer forum.
