QB Issue Resolution:

If the amount of the bill you’re creating from a purchase order is wrong or too high, it could be that you’re using the Auto Recall preference and the system has brought in the amount of the last bill.

To troubleshoot this:

Expand the Item Details section by clicking on the arrow next to the section.
Delete the line that shouldn’t be on the bill by hovering over the line and clicking the red minus sign.
Finish the bill and click Save and Close.

If you don’t want to have Auto Recall turned on in the future:

Click the Gear icon > Company Settings.
On the left Navigation menu, Click Advanced.
Click the Automation section.
Uncheck the box next to Pre-fill forms with previously entered content.
Click Done.
