QB Issue Resolution:
We can do the following steps to resolve this issue:
Close all versions of QuickBooks.
Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and select Start Task Manager.
Click the Processes tab.
Click the Image Name to sort the processes alphabetically.
End any of the following processes that show in the list:
QBW32.EXE
qbupdate.exe
QBWebconnector.exe
QuickBooksMessaging.exe
QBDBMGR.exe
Any remaining process that starts with QB
Close the Task Manager.
Install QuickBooks.
