QB Issue Resolution:

I am here to help you sort out your questions one by one.

To start with, after receiving reports that many of the customers have trouble creating and sending statements, an investigation is now in place to develop ways to make it work properly.

For the meantime, you can do the following:

  1. Click the Plus icon (+).
  2. Choose Statement.
  3. Select the specific type of statement you want to send.
  4. Enter the desired date to filter statement.
  5. Go to the Statements Available tab.
  6. Select the customers that you want to send a statement.
  7. Type the email address of the customer.
  8. Click Save and Send.

On the other hand, are you trying to create a sub-category item? Or are you creating an invoice and you cannot locate the sub-category of the product/service that you want to use?

Here’s how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select All List.
  3. Click on Product and Services.
  4. Click the New button to add a new sub-category.
  5. Choose the Product or Service Type.
  6. Enter the name and other information about the product or service.
  7. Ensure to put a check mark on Is sub-product/service.
  8. Click Save and close.
