QB Issue Resolution:

“However, I have a boss (owner) that does not agree with me.  They have two LLC’s and he wants to be able to pull all the numbers together at any given time.”

Payroll will not work under this scenario.

“They have seperate bank accounts, seperate credit cards for each of the LLC’s.  COA is the same for both.”

PRO is not good enough for this; it does not handle Balance Sheet by Class. Each LLC would be a Class, in this example.
