From what I’m seeing, the IT department is suggesting that there was no attempt on your vendor’s behalf to send any invoices to [email protected] Since they were sent successfully by QuickBooks to [email protected], this feature seems to be up and running, so I’d like to continue troubleshooting the other email address specifically.
