QB Issue Resolution:
I can help you with uploading your CSV file to your QuickBooks Online account successfully.
You can use a 3-column or a 4-column CSV file format to import your transactions successfully. It should have a Date, Description and Amount. These are the only columns QuickBooks Online can import. I’ll be adding a screenshot below for your reference.
Here are the things that you must consider before importing your CSV file:
- There should be no special characters like #, %, and & anywhere in the file.
- No zeroes (0), currency symbols and commas (1,000) to separate thousands.
- Use the standard date format (ex., DD/MM/YYYY).
For credit card accounts:
Transactions for credit card accounts may display in reverse. To make sure credit card transactions post correctly to your company file, be sure to select a corresponding credit card account (not a bank account) in QuickBooks Online.
