QB Issue Resolution:

This is QBO Plus only feature and is a function of the ability to track expenses (account details tab) and item (item details tab) by the customer. For example, you’ve entered Vendors check for a billable item to a customer and later received a refund for some credit. You deposited money to the bank. In order to track expenses correctly by this customer (refer to income by customer summary report), you will select this box so that you can check billable and customer columns, exactly the same way you’ve originally entered for the charges.
