QB Issue Resolution:

It looks like you’re getting ready to import your own template! I’d be glad to share with you the supported fonts for custom templates.

You can use one of these fonts:

  • Arial Unicode MS
  • Courier, Courier Bold, Courier Oblique, Courier Bold-Oblique
  • Helvetica, Helvetica Bold, Helvetica Oblique, Helvetica Bold-Oblique
  • Times New Roman, Times Bold, Times Italic, Times Bold-Italic
  • Symbol
  • Zapf Dingbats

If you’re going to use different fonts than the ones listed, although your template gets uploaded, they won’t show correctly when you preview or print your sales form. We’re working on getting more supported fonts, so stay tuned!

Just in case you’re looking to import an invoice template, I’ve got you the guide here: How To Invoice Template Styles from MS Word.
