HOWEVER, there are new IRS rules covering meals, and as written there are some fuzzy areas, so the IRS is issuing a guidance letter to clear things up.
Best suggestion is to track promotional meals in an expense account named that way, and end of year consult with a tax accountant to find out what the new regulation and guidance letter say
