We have identified an issue affecting a small percentage of QuickBooks Online Mac App users. The users impacted by this have reported that when attempting to preview any transaction as a PDF, the PDF is blank.

Our product team is aware of the issue and working hard to resolve it as quickly as possible. In the meantime, if you are encountering this behavior, please try the following:

1) Quit the QuickBooks Online Mac App. To do this, right-click the icon in your Dock and click Quit.

2) Re-launch the QuickBooks Online Mac App.

3) Reattempt to preview any transaction as a PDF.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, try using QuickBooks Online via a web browser such as Chrome or Firefox as a temporary solution.
