QB Issue Resolution:

We have identified a problem that affects users of QuickBooks Online. When first logging into the software, a user will see the error message “unexpected problem”. Additionally, when trying to view or send sales forms, a customer will see a message “{“message”:”Could not initialize class com.intuit.qbo.bl.comgmt.LogoFileCacheHandler”,”code”:-1}”

This error message will appear sporadically, often when first logging in, but could also appear when switching between multiple QuickBooks Online accounts. In some situations, the error will appear when QuickBooks has timed out.
