QB Issue Resolution:
QuickBooks doesn’t really have a feature to create donor statements, if that is what you’re attempting. You might be able to create reports that show the right data, but it won’t include the text needed for a legal donation notice/letter.
Instead, use the BRC Donor Statements tool, which will pull your QB data and create donation statements for you without any additional data entry. It can include data from various sales forms like invoices and sales receipts, and also from journals and deposits, if you enter your donations using those types of transactions.
