QB Issue Resolution:

Hello and thank you for your question!

When you upload your transactions into QuickBooks Online it will search for any transactions (invoices or otherwise) that have the same date and amount.

If the dates or amounts differ then it cannot automatically present a “match”.

You click on the transaction and use the “find match” function to search for other dates and amounts and then resolve any difference in the amount.
