QB Issue Resolution:

It looks like the payment is downloaded using online banking, Luxurytoyx.

 

The easiest way to record the payment is to transfer it from the checking account, then match it from the other account. You can either call it a transfer or a match.

 

Let me show you on how you can transfer the payment:

  1. Click Banking, then go to the Banking tab.
  2. Select the checking account, then click the credit card payment.
  3. Click the Record transfer radio-button.
  4. Under Select transfer account, choose the credit card account.
  5. Click Record transfer.
