QB Issue Resolution:
It is likely going over to QB as what is called an item receipt – which is a payable but it is not in the pay bills window – if you go to the vendor center in QBFS and click on the transactions tab and select item receipts from the list, you will likely see them there – you can then open then and click on “bill received” in the upper right hand corner and it will convert it from an item receipt to a bill and show in the pay bills window.
If it is not coming through as an item receipt then check you balance sheet for an account called unbilled purchases. If that has a balance, then it is a different set of circumstance – which I would be happy to explain – but it is most likely the above.
