After updating the subscription billing credit card number in the system, some users will receive the error message “An unexpected failure occurred.”
You should first rule out that your browser is the source of the error. Please try deleting the cache on the browser, also try using the Google Chrome web. For help in doing this, click here.
Users affected by this issue should also make sure that it is not isolated to just one individual credit card, or to one particular type of card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
