QB Issue Resolution:

Hi lwvtarrantcounty,

We can perform the following steps to get it done and resolve.

1. Hold down the CRTL key and open QB. This should open your company without any open windows.
2. If you require a password, enter the PW and click OK.
3. Hold the ALT key down until the company finishes opening, hopefully with no windows open.
4. Run Reboot.bat
