QB Issue Resolution:
I’m here to help email a receipt from the Sales History successfully.
There are possible factors that would affect the ability to email receipts to the customer:
- The email set up
- The POS User Security rights
Make sure that the customer’s profile has the email set up and it was set to OK to Email. You’ll also need to have the security rights enable to allow emailing documents under general security rights. I’ve attached a screenshot for additional reference.
