QB Issue Resolution:
You can view the audit history of the invoice to see a log of the emails sent to the customer. This will not specify that it was a reminder, but will show the timestamp and number of emails sent to the customer for that one transaction. To do this, open the invoice and go to more > audit log on the bottom toolbar. Click show all on the right hand side to see all indirect and direct edits. When you email the invoice (either as an invoice or reminder) this will appear as an indirect edit with the date and timestamp highlighted.
