QB Issue Resolution:

It is posted to an income in QuickBooks and the shipping income account is based on what’s selected under the gear settings.

(Gear at the top corner > Your Company > Account and Settings > Advanced > Chart of Accounts > Shipping Account).

Once you create an invoice and saved it, you can click the ‘More’ at the bottom and choose ‘Transaction Journal’. It will show how it actually posted to the QuickBooks.
