QB Issue Resolution:

Mold costs are usually Significant and have a Useful Life of more than one year, or a Run Count projection. If that is true, it is Asset. The other charges are also part of Asset basis. Then, the Basis is offset by Depreciation/Amortization, over that expected life or usefulness.
