QB Issue Resolution:

To fix this, please follow these steps (see screenshot for number 1 and 2).

  1. End the Quickbooks activity from the Task Manager.
  2. Suppress the desktop while trying to open QuickBooks.
  3. Update QuickBooks to the latest release.
  4. Try creating a backup copy again.
