QB Issue Resolution:
Currently, we have an open investigation about the “For security reasons we do not allow you to upload this type of file” message popping up when attaching a document to a payable entry.
Let’s try some of these recommendations:
- Rename the file extension from .jpg to .jpeg.
- Remove extra space before “.jpeg”.
For example: Filename .pdf rename to Filename.pdf.
