QB Issue Resolution:

Let me share some information about import limitation.

All of your customers in QuickBooks Desktop are converted to QuickBooks Online, including sub-customers.

You can check the Import Limitations – QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online article for more details.

When exporting data from Desktop, QBO automatically imports the street address in line one, city and state in line two, and zip code in line three.

If any of this information is populated incorrectly, you’ll need to edit it to show the correct address.

Here’s how:

  1. Click Sales and Select Customer at the top.
  2. Choose any of the affected transaction and click Customer Details.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Modify the affected address line then hit Save.

I’ve attached some screenshots in case you’ll need a visual reference.
