Since you’re not having this, let’s check if your browser has something to do with it. Try running QuickBooks on a private window. Here’s how:

a. For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.

b. For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.

c. For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

If it works fine, clear your browser’s cache or use a different one. Sometime, the overloaded files saved in your browser can cause unusual behaviors like this.
