QB Issue Resolution:
Are you referring to the currency sign under AMOUNT at the upper right corner when creating PO? If so, this sign should follow to the currency assign for that supplier. Since you’re not having this, let’s check if your browser has something to do with it. Try running QuickBooks on a private window. Here’s how:
a. For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
b. For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
c. For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.
If it works fine, clear your browser’s cache or use a different one. Sometime, the overloaded files saved in your browser can cause unusual behaviors like this.
