If you downloaded the application from https://quickbooks.intuit.com/download, it should be fine. You can also try using a different browser.
If you’re using Internet Explorer, there may be a setting that’s blocking the application. Take a look at the following steps (see to it that Allow software to run or install even if the signature is invalid is checked):
- Open Internet Explorer.
- On the menu bar, click Tools and select Internet Options.
- In the Internet Options window, go to the Advanced tab.
- Scroll down and check Allow software to run or install even if the signature is invalid. (If it is already checked, toggle it: Remove the check mark and click OK to save it. Start again at step one. When you reach step four, put a check mark on it again.)
- Click OK to save the settings.
- Close the Internet Options window, and close and re-open Internet Explorer.
Try downloading the application again. If it doesn’t work, please try using Chrome.
