QB Issue Resolution:
Be sure QB2013 is on most current release R7 http://support.quickbooks.intuit.com/Support/ProductUpdates.aspx?lid=UpdateDownloads
Sign in as Admin to the file, Go to top menu bar Company/Users/Setup Users and roles, Delete and recreate all users in list except for admin, for the admin (which cannot be deleted) edit the name and the password associated with Admin.
Close and reopen QuickBooks, sign in as Admin.
Go to top menu bar File/Utilities/Verify data following article http://payroll.intuit.com/support/kb/1000464.html
If problem is found Go to top menu bar File/Utilities/Rebuild Data following article http://payroll.intuit.com/support/kb/1000536.html , once Rebuild completes run verify, If problem found contact Payroll Support.
